The 360 Leadhership Podcast, Episode 42, 12 October 2022 by Lucy Gernon

Do you work with difficult colleagues?

Over the course of your career, you are bound to butt heads with coworkers at one point or another; be it a small disagreement or totally different working styles.

Sometimes your colleagues can be difficult to work with. This can affect your performance and well-being to the point where you may even become anxious to go to work due to different stakeholders within your company.

If you have disagreeing, argumentative colleagues, it’s hard to know how to deal with them sometimes. It can create a hostile environment for the whole team and unpleasant working conditions.

The key to this is to learn to control your reactions, but that’s easier said than done, unless you know how!

In this week’s episode of the podcast, I share 3 simple tips to help you keep your cool!

Here’s the episode at a glance:

[05:04] What to do when a colleague is getting frustrated

[07:36] One thing you MUST do to keep your cool
