I know what it’s like to juggle all the balls and lead teams in high-pressure, male-dominated environments...
...because I did it for over 20 years in the corporate world, mostly in the pharmaceutical industry. I managed global teams, navigated the politics, and constantly felt the pressure to prove myself while holding it all together at home.
Behind the scenes? I was raising three young children, caring for eldery parents, battling anxiety, and struggling with low self-worth, despite looking like I had it all together on the outside.
That’s exactly why I do this work.
Today, I'm an award-winning entrepreneur and executive coach, founder of 3SIXTY Leaders Club, and host of Ireland's top careers podcast for women in senior leadership.
