3SIXTY Leaders Club Membership Terms and Conditions 

Effective date: 3rd December 2025

Membership Outline:

The 3SIXTY Leaders Club is a six (6) or twelve (12) month professional development program (based on the option selected at checkout) provided by 360 LeadHERship Training and Development Limited, Irish Registered Business Number: 739720. This membership offers professional development services specifically designed to develop leadership skills, enhance professional confidence, and increase workplace impact.

The primary aim of the program is to support career advancement and professional growth, focusing on workplace competencies such as strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, and the ability to lead effectively by first learning to lead oneself. While the skills developed enhance work-life integration and build resilience, they are rooted in professional leadership contexts to improve workplace effectiveness and team dynamics.

Service Delivery:

The Company engages qualified coaches, trainers, and guest experts with relevant skills and experience to deliver professional development sessions focused on leadership, workplace effectiveness, and strategic growth. Coaches may vary throughout the membership period. Services may be delivered by employees, contractors, or third-party vendors as necessary to meet the program objectives.

Scope of the Membership:

Membership is a completely virtual experience. Members are responsible for maintaining an internet connection and appropriate technology to access virtual calls, training sessions, and group meetings conducted via platforms such as Zoom or Kajabi. Unless otherwise stated, all training sessions may be recorded and shared within the membership portal for ongoing professional development. Group coaching sessions may be recorded, but typically replays are not available; live participation is required. In-person events are not part of the core membership.

 

Learning Objectives:

The program is designed to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Develop core leadership competencies, including communication, executive presence, workload management, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and high-performance leadership
  • Enhance self-leadership skills to improve workplace efficiency and well-being for leaders and their teams.
  • Build executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Address real-world leadership challenges, such as conflict resolution, decision-making, professional confidence, and performance management.

This is a vocational training programme which is considered VAT exempt under Irish law for this reason. It is not a career coaching service, life coaching offering, or management consultancy. Where executive coaching or digital products are offered as optional upgrades, these products will be liable for VAT at the appropriate rate.

What’s Included in Your Membership

As a member of 3SIXTY Leaders Club, you will receive access to the following professional development resources:

  • Live Coaching Calls
    Peer-curated coaching groups designed to reinforce learning, support personal growth, and build leadership capability. Coaching calls are typically held monthly, with a minimum of three (3) live calls guaranteed over a six-month membership period.
  • CPD-Accredited Leadership Training
    Up to ten (10) live CPD-accredited training sessions are delivered across a 12-month period. The number of sessions available to you will depend on your enrolment date; however, a minimum of four (4) is guaranteed. Please note: CPD certificates are only issued for live attendance, and replays are not CPD-accredited. 
  • Resource Library
    Access a curated library of tools, templates, and on-demand trainings to support your leadership development. Access ends when your membership concludes.
  • Private Community Access
    Join our private, members-only online space for ongoing connection, support, and accountability with like-minded women in senior leadership.

We reserve the right to adjust the format, content, or schedule of live calls, trainings, or resources at our discretion to best serve the group and uphold programme quality. No guarantees are made regarding specific topics, session dates, or individual outcomes.

Missed sessions will not be credited, refunded, or carried forward unless agreed in writing.

At 3SIXTY Leaders Club, we are proud to share real success stories from past and current members including promotions, salary increases, improved confidence, better boundaries, and more time for what matters most. These examples are authentic and reflect the personal experiences of individual members.

However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results will depend on a variety of factors including your personal circumstances, level of participation, effort, and external conditions beyond our control. We are committed to delivering high-quality training, coaching, and support but ultimately, your progress is your responsibility.

No part of this programme constitutes a promise of earnings, promotion, mental health recovery, or guaranteed professional advancement.

Additional Services:

The Company may deliver bonus sessions, digital training, tools, or workshops at its discretion including additional coaching sessions or masterclasses. These additional services are to complement the core curriculum and are not guaranteed as part of the membership. In the event additional services are used, all T&Cs of this agreement apply. 

Fees & Payment Terms

The standard fee for signature membership in 3SIXTY Leaders Club is €5,995 for a six-month term and €9995 for 12 month term. The Executive experience is €6,995 for six month term and €11,495. These fees are subject to review and change. We may offer bonuses or discounts, however, these offers are discretionary and not guaranteed. 

Payment Plans

We may offer payment plans at checkout to make membership more accessible. These are structured as instalment agreements, not monthly subscriptions. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full programme fee, even if you choose not to attend sessions or participate fully.

Payment plan options may vary (e.g. 6 equal instalments, or a deposit + smaller balance payments) and incur a slightly higher investment than the pay-in-full rate due to administration fees. Exact options will be made clear at checkout or invoicing.

Payment is typically collected electronically via credit or debit card. In some cases, manual invoicing or bank transfer may be used by agreement.

Missed Payments & Access Suspension

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it automatically. If unresolved, we will follow up via email and direct message. If payment is still not received within 10 days, your access will be paused until the balance is settled. If unpaid after 14 days, your account may be cancelled and your place forfeited. No refunds will be made.

VAT

The services in 3SIXTY are VAT-exempt under Irish Tax  Law for Vocational Training.  However, the Executive experience includes an invitation to an in-person dinner, which is partially VAT-liable. VAT is included in the Executive experience price and no refunds will be offered if the member is unable to attend the in-person dinner. 

 

14 Day Refund Policy

A pro-rata 14-day money-back guarantee is available if members actively participate in at least one live session during this period. Beyond 14 days, refunds are not available, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Your place secures access to live coaching, digital resources, and community support which cannot be transferred or deferred.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms in full.

Engaged Member Policy:

Active participation is essential to maintaining the value of the 3SIXTY Leaders Club and fostering a supportive professional community. Members are encouraged to regularly engage in live calls, online discussions, and other program activities to fully benefit from the membership.

  1. Notification:
    • If a member does not participate in any community calls or online activities for two (2) consecutive months, the Company may decide to invoke this policy. In this event, the Company will notify the member via email and/or direct message regarding their inactivity and the importance of re-engagement.
  2. Response Period:
    • The member will have fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to respond and indicate their intent to re-engage by:
      • Attending a live call or group session.
      • Participating in discussions within the online community.
  3. Temporary Suspension:
    • If no response or re-engagement occurs within the response period, the member’s access to the private community and additional resources may be temporarily suspended. Core training materials and essential program components will remain accessible for the duration of the membership term.
  4. Membership Review:
    • Continued inactivity beyond three (3) consecutive months may result in permanent removal from the community platform, at the Company’s discretion. Membership fees remain payable, and program access will not be reinstated unless explicitly agreed upon by the Company.

Community Guidelines:

Our private community is a supportive, professional space created to help women in senior leadership grow in confidence, visibility, and impact. To maintain a safe and empowering environment, all members are expected to:

  • Engage with kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times
  • Keep all discussions confidential, do not share details about other members, their employers, or any sensitive topics discussed in the community
  • Avoid sharing confidential or proprietary information about yourself or other organisations
  • Use the space for constructive, leadership-focused conversations that align with the purpose of the programme
  • Refrain from spamming, self-promotion, or behaviour that disrupts the group culture

While we take reasonable steps to moderate and protect the integrity of the community, we cannot guarantee or control how other members behave or what they may do with the information shared. By participating, you accept this risk and agree to use your discretion when engaging in discussions.

We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these guidelines, disrupts the group experience, or violates the confidentiality and trust of the space without refund..

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

All content shared within the program is proprietary and intended for professional development. Members agree to:

  • Protect the confidentiality of program materials, methodologies, and strategies.
  • Refrain from distributing or reproducing program content without explicit permission.

Data Protection and Privacy:

We are fully committed to protecting your personal data and privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

As part of your membership in 3SIXTY Leaders Club, we collect and store personal data including your name, contact details, job title, salary range, personal goals, and information you choose to share during your intake and throughout the programme. While we do not actively collect sensitive (special category personal data) for example health data, you may choose to share that as part of your membership. 

All coaching calls, sales calls, training sessions, and live events may be recorded or transcribed using secure AI-based tools (such as Read.ai, Zoom AI Companion, or similar). These tools are used solely for the purpose of delivering a high-quality experience, improving our services, and supporting your development. Recordings and transcripts may include audio, video, and AI-generated summaries or insights. By joining the programme, you consent to this as a condition of membership.

All data is securely stored using trusted platforms (e.g. Google Drive, Zoom, Asana), and is accessible only to authorised internal team members who are bound by strict confidentiality.

Member case studies may be shared publicly with consent. Anonymous case studies and social proof like screenshots may also be shared for marketing purposes and will be fully anonymised, with all identifiable information removed (such as names, job titles, photographs, company details, or specifics that could reasonably identify you). No public-facing testimonials or identifiable information will ever be used without your permission.

Our private community platform is visible to other members and our team. While we monitor posts to ensure a safe and respectful environment, please only share what you are comfortable with in that setting.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to support your ongoing relationship with 3SIXTY Leaders Club. This includes maintaining records of your participation, goals, and outcomes so we can:

  • Provide alumni support or check in with you after your membership ends
  • Share special offers, updates, or relevant opportunities
  • Maintain a record of coaching activity for quality assurance and internal reporting

Your data may be retained indefinitely for these purposes unless you request deletion. You can do this at any time by emailing support@3sixtyleadersclub.com

We rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for this processing, and always balance this with your rights and expectations.

Please note: recordings and transcripts are an integral part of the programme to support optimisation and cannot be excluded on an individual basis. By participating in the 3SIXTY Leaders Club, you agree to these data terms. 

Payment and Refund Policy:

Membership fees are payable as agreed upon at checkout. Payment plans may be available, and failure to comply with payment terms may result in termination of membership. A 14-day money-back guarantee is available if members actively participate in at least one live session during this period. Beyond 14 days, refunds are not available.

Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate membership if a member's behaviour negatively impacts the group or breaches these terms. Termination does not relieve the member of their payment obligations.

Participation is voluntary, and the Client is responsible for applying the professional strategies taught.
