I spent over 20 years in the corporate world, leading global teams in male-dominated industries while raising three kids and caring for eldery parents. From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. I had the house, the nice car, the designer handbags.
But on the inside?
I was battling anxiety, juggling the mental load, and constantly questioning if I was doing enough at work and at home. I would overthink what I said in meetings, second-guess my decisions and put business needs and everyone else first.
I know what it’s like to feel the pressure to prove yourself, to over-deliver, and to quietly struggle with imposter syndrome while everyone else thinks you're flying.

I’m a Mam of 3, a proud Irish woman, and yes—a bit of a girly girl. I love all things interiors, makeup, high heels, and a beautifully designed notebook. But don’t be fooled—I'm a badass businesswoman too.
I lead teams in male dominated fields for my entire 20 year corporate career, negotiate high-value business deals with C-suite execs.
I've won lots of awards too. In 2024, I was honoured to be named Female Entrepreneur of the Year and took home the Best Business Start-Up award in 2022.
