For me, I struggled badly with my self-esteem for most of my life. I never felt good enough. I beat myself up and held myself back. I struggled with perfectionism and needed to be in control at all times.

But through working with a therapist and a coach, my whole life changed. And it all started with doing the “inner work” and understanding my core beliefs and limiting beliefs that were holding me back. I changed my mindset and created a whole new life for myself in how I viewed myself, the world and others.
And that’s why I invited my guest Niamh Hannan to share her knowledge on beliefs in this episode for you. Niamh is a chartered psychologist and coach with over 20 years experience in this area so I thought she’d be perfect to educate you on this topic.
