Do you feel like you’ve tried everything to get rid of that dreaded Imposter Syndrome, but nothing works?

You’ve Googled it. You’ve read self-help books. You may even have asked friends or colleagues. Then just when you least expect it – or want it – Imposter Syndrome rears its ugly head again to bite you! Were you ever in a meeting and start second-guessing if you should speak up. And other times if you do speak up, you spend the night ruminating about what you should have said or done differently?
