It is with such deep regret and sadness and emotion that I have to announce that I am shutting down the 360 Leadership Podcast. I am feeling super emotional about it, but after over 200 episodes, it is time to say goodbye to that chapter in my life. In this week’s episode of the 360 Leadership Podcast and the final one, I’m going to be sharing the reasons behind my decision, sharing some parting wisdom for you and also revealing what’s coming next, because if you like podcasts, there might just be a new different show coming on the horizon.

Hello, lovely lady. Okay, this episode feels really emotional to record. I’m not going to lie. This is the final episode of the 360 Leadership Podcast. When I started my business, I had no idea that four years in, I would have recorded over 220 episodes. I have never missed a week in four years, and that is a huge commitment. And I don’t do this by myself. I have a whole team behind me of my podcast manager, Katie.
I have Ali, who’s my podcast editor as well, and all my marketing team who helped me with the show. And of course, the show would be nothing without you, my listeners, my amazing guests and the fabulous community that we have built here together. I started this podcast because I wanted to really give you a lot of the coaching tools that I have learned over the last couple of decades as a leader myself and also as a positive psychology coach, as a trained professional coach, ICF standards.
I learned so much about human psychology, the secrets to happiness, success, wealth, abundance, all of the things. And I wanted to share that with you. But it feels like the show has got a little bit stale. And I feel like I’ve only really showed one side of my personality. And that’s why I’ve decided to evolve. Since I started the show, my business has thrived. If anyone is new here, I’m an executive coach and I’m a founder of a company called 360 Leadership.
And I am on a mission to equip women in leadership with the tools to build a life filled with success, balance and happiness where anything is possible. However, there’s been a key component I’ve left out of that messaging, which has been the message of fun. And that’s exactly why I knew I needed to shake things up. I recorded a corporate confession series recently and you all loved it where I brought a bit more fun, a bit more energy, lots more stories, as well as some of the tips and tricks and lessons that I’ll always leave you with.
So I want to reassure you that even though this show is ending, this isn’t the end. It is actually just the beginning and it’s a huge upgrade. So let me be really clear with you. I am not disappearing. I am not stepping away from executive coaching, leadership development and all the speaking that I do in corporate and on podcasts and all of the things. I am living my message, which is I am stepping in and I’m stepping up into my next level self.

I’m going to be creating something bigger, something more me, something more fun and something that I know you’re all going to enjoy. So twenty twenty six, this episode, the first episode of the show is coincidentally going to be episode what would have been two to two of the three sixty leadership podcast. This episode is two to one. And I think I’m number one and the numbers two are really important to me because they signify abundance, alignment and trust that you’re on the right path.
And equally, this week is actually my birthday as well. The 20th of February is my birthday. So when I saw that this episode was due to air and the episode numbers were 222 and it was all in February, which is my birthday week, I just knew that it was it was a sign from the universe to go ahead and just do something different. It feels scary as hell. I don’t know. I don’t even know what way it’s going to go. But all I know is I feel excited and you’ve got to follow your excitement and your joy in life. So in the new show,
I wonder if you can guess. I wonder if you can guess what I’m going to call it. But there’s going to be a fresh energy. There’s going to be more humor, something that you’re going to really love to listen to every week. There’s going to be more real life. Like I’m a mom. I have kids. I have lived and walked mental health issues. I have so much fun in my personal life. I love fashion. I love beauty. I am all about confidence mindset. I’m also an entrepreneur, which is not something I’ve really spoken about too much on the show before.
And I’m super, super passionate about women in business. So I’m always going to be ensuring that myself and my guests are there to inspire entrepreneurs and women who are ambitious, leading at the top and those who are following them, because we need more women in business, guys. We really need more women leading at the top. We need more women entrepreneurs because when women have more money, that’s how we change the world. We can use it for good. So my year, my my word for the year in twenty twenty six.
was a huge factor in this decision. So every single year I pick a word and my word for 2025 was simplify because like many of you, when you’re in business for a while, you can have processes which are cumbersome. can, I definitely overcomplicate things at times wanting things to be perfect when actually sometimes simple is best. So the word for 2025 was simplify. Now the word for 2026 is fun.

So in my business, there is now a slogan, if it’s not fun, we’re not doing it because I am going to follow my joy and I am encouraging you to do the same. In fact, what inspired me to reach out to this lady is I saw a reel she did around Christmas party season of the aftermath of the Christmas party. And I never saw a reel as relatable in my life. So I just I knew I had to have her on the show as one of the first guests to kick us off. So I think you’re going to absolutely love it.
The conversation had me in stitches. I even had to bring my inhaler in because I was literally choking as I was talking to her. She is so, so funny.
