So in this episode, I finally get to unveil all about 360 leaders club, I have been working tirelessly with my team to bring this to the world. And I don’t think I have ever been as excited for something in my entire life. Because it’s just so so exciting. Like every single woman leader who is career driven and is serious about being successful, and who does not want to miss out on life in the process, you need to come join us. Okay, so as you know, you know, the rebrand process was real, there was so much work involved in bringing this membership to the world you see. And we all see when business owners and entrepreneurs bring out new products or services, you see the end result but you do not see the blood sweat and tears and the research and the self doubt and the long hours and the missing out on family time to bring this to you. So if I just back up a little bit, I’ve been testing out my process and my structure my calls and trying to understand what my clients need for the last six months. So you may have heard me talk about my met my masterminds, but what I was finding finding with the masterminds is first of all, masterminding is not a concept that most women in corporate actually know. It’s not a very common term. It’s very common in the entrepreneurial space. So I was finding that people weren’t really understanding what a mastermind was. And as I looked at what I was doing in my mastermind groups, I started to think well, how can I make this better? Because my clients always telling me I have really high standards, and I always want to bring the best service to anyone who invests to work with me. So So basically, the membership has been born from my research on from my coaching one to one on all of that over the last three years. So 360 is for you, if you are a driven action taking woman in senior leadership role or an entrepreneur. So with all that being said, that is what 360 years, I’ve explained to you who it’s for, I’ve explained to you who it’s not for. And now it’s on to what makes us different. So my whole thing, I always say so a lot sorry about that is success, balance and happiness as possible. And what makes us different is that our 360 degree approach ensures that we support women leaders like you to confidently excel in your role, while living a more balanced happy life, enabling you to reach your potential improve your performance, and really to drive more women into senior leadership leadership positions, we need more women in the business world who are bossing it because I really know in my I know in in all of who I am, that it’s our time to rise. The boys club has done the girls are here now, as cliche as it science. what so many of you don’t believe that yet. And that’s why we don’t see women sitting in that in those sea level positions. It’s starting to change. There are so many other change agents like me out there trying to do this. And it’s because it is time. Okay.
So now it’s onto our values. So again, this is all around like I suppose what makes us different as a company, okay, so our culture in my in our company is built on five core values that I really believe are key to success. One of our top values is work life balance, because we believe that you work to live not live to work. And it absolutely is possible to have it all with the right strategy, mindset, tools and support. So many women and I’ve talked about this, like millions of times already. We support everyone else. We support our teams. We support our family. We keep everyone alive around us. We give our heart and soul to our businesses and our careers. And as a result, oftentimes we neglect to enjoy the journey. We deprioritize meeting friends, we deprioritize our health. We forget what it’s like to have fun sometimes because we’re so busy. So that’s exactly why I started 360 was to teach you give you access to tools trainings and support and inspiration and community of women who are all going to be there to hold you accountable, to change what you need to change so that you truly have that work life balance. Another value of ours is diversity inclusion. Now, again, as corporate and cliche as it sounds like these are really values that are really, really true to me, it’s at the core of what we do. So when you work with me, like inclusion is a massive part of it. Because I’ve been there when I have invested in memberships and coaches, and I felt ignored or haven’t felt as supported as I would like, or I would feel like, you know, I was always the one that wasn’t getting pegged in school. So I really believe that by being real and honest, it encourages others to live authentically and unlock their potential because I have seen so many women, and I’ve been there myself in the past to put on a facade, you know, wearing a mask at work. And I can tell you with certainty, true success, and true freedom, and who you are, comes from being authentic comes from being integrity, and comes with just being yourself. So, so, so important. So as some of you may know, I have a science background, I studied science for seven years, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years. I love when people say I’m foreign because I don’t think I’m foreign. But apparently I am.
