So what you’re going to learn now is what is the new brand? Okay, why did I do it? And what is 360 liters club, why I chose to rebrand, I’m going to take you behind the scenes. And I’m going to share with you the toughest things throughout this entire process and how I overcame everything. Okay. So I suppose just to kind of back up a little bit. This time, three years ago, I started my coaching training. It was September 2020, it was the middle of the pandemic, I was still working in the pharmaceutical industry and corporate. And I, my father in law very sadly passed away, after a very sharp ocular cancer, I turned 40. And it was like the whole world opened up to me and I just saw things in a new way. I had experienced such tremendous, I suppose personal transformation and professional transformation myself, by working with coaches and through experiencing the power of investing in myself, that I decided I had got to bring this to other women because I know so many of you are so freakin talented, you have so much to give to the world. What unfortunately, as women, sometimes we kind of tend to conform, we tend to play small, we don’t dream big enough, we you know, take small steps rather than you know waiting for everything to be perfect rather than taking uncomfortable action. And I wanted to be able to create a business to help you to really, I suppose unlock the power and belief within show you how amazing you are, help you with your leadership skills help you and support you to be more successful without burning yourself out or missing out on life. So fast forward three years, I built an extremely successful business, I started out doing a lot of one to one work. And what I found with the one to one work, while I absolutely love it, there were certain people that I worked with that just didn’t I suppose we weren’t fully the right fit. And what I mean by that is I only want to work with action takers, I only want to work with women who are actually ready to put in the work that’s needed to actually be able to get the results that you want. So there’s no point in investing in coaching or training or mentoring or anything like that, unless you’re actually committed and ready to put in the work. So I find that for myself kind of quite. I’m not gonna say frustrating kind of disappointing in that I see are some women invest in themselves and then just not take the steps or not, you know, do I would be given them a roadmap and things to do and then, you know, not preparing for the sessions, counseling sessions and things like that, and I can’t run my business that way. So I kind of shifted more towards groups and I started some amazing mastermind groups where I got groups of women together to really learn and uplevel and I We’ve been really testing that over the last six, seven or eight months or so, I’ve been trying to understand what’s going to work. I’ve been trying to understand what you need. I’ve been trying to listening to, you know, the skills that you’re missing, the tools that you need, and all of that stuff. So with all of that being said, I realized that what I was doing was I wanted to grow a membership, I wanted to, you know, what makes me different from anyone else out there is that I am all about success, balance and happiness. Most coaches out there leadership coaches might be teaching you how to lead your teams, and I absolutely do some of that in my in my courses. And in my membership, we have fabulous guest experts. I’ll explain all of that in another episode. But I’m also about self leadership. And I’m also about supporting you to be the best you can be so that you reach your potential so that you don’t have any regrets at the end of your life. And so you get out of your own way and take action to really achieve that success bonds and happiness you deserve. Okay. So, I suppose, like, what was I gonna say? Yeah, powerhouse evolution, right. So first of all, the name powerhouse revolution came from a combination of me and my best friend. So I remember on my 40th birthday, I stood in my kitchen. During the pandemic, my family came over there was like my two best friends, oldest friends, my two sisters, and my mom and my dad. And we all stood at different, you know, separate corners in the kitchen with masks on all my 40th birthday. I was still working a corporate at the time, and I just proclaimed to them, I said, Listen, this is February 2020. Sorry, 2021. I had already started coaching in the September 2020, regatta can’t even talk. And I said to them, I am going to start a business. I don’t know exactly what it is, but I need a name for it. And I want to be able to support women. Because I had grown so much myself, I had literally transformed totally in terms of my own confidence, my own self belief, my own self worth, you know, all of these things, I was really, really good at leadership, I was really, really, really good at being organized and structured, and, you know, overcoming perfectionism and all of those things, and I knew that there was something in there. So it was like, I felt called to do it. So between myself and my best friend, we came up with the name powerhouse revolution, not really knowing what it was going to be what the business was going to turn into. And I decided very quickly to launch a podcast a couple years ago, around the same time, but shortly afterwards, I think I launched I think I started this podcast maybe two years ago, because I actually started working with female founders back then. And then I kind of shifted more towards corporate and I, you know, change the podcasts and stuff, but the name was always the same was always powerhouse evolution. But it never really felt fully aligned. For me, I don’t know why it just I, the word powerhouse is kind of a little bit cliche, I think sometimes. And it just didn’t feel fully aligned. So I never really felt like it was like, Truly Me, which is why you know, I kept going because I didn’t know what it was going to be. Anyway, fast forward a couple of years, I have invested so heavily in myself. And in my business, in working with different cultures, I have taken the most uncomfortable actions, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, plaster myself all over social media. And by the way, like, I really used to hate who I was, like, you know, I don’t know if I’ve ever really got into that before, but I really hated how I looked, I was terrified of what you know, people would think of me and getting in front of the camera. And I remember being asked and work, you know, to record videos before and it all was chickened out, because I was just terrified of what everyone would think and yada, yada, yada. So to actually put myself out of my comfort zone and start a podcast and go on all of these things was terrifying. But it’s all about taking that uncomfortable action, which is why I am where I am right now in my business a couple years later. Okay.

So back to the rebrand. So, in March, earlier this year, I went to LA so I had invest invested 15k in joining a mastermind group kind of similar to my membership. And as part of the membership, my coach is putting on a retreat or an extra cost. So I decided I was going to travel to LA in March, because I really wanted to build a network of women just like me, because I find it really lonely as an entrepreneur. I was used to having a big team around me, somebody, you know, setting the strategic direction for the business, somebody sent in the strategic direction and the and the goals for the site and I was on and all of those things. And now all of a sudden, like I was the visionary. I was the CEO and I was also the coach. I was also the trainer, I was also the content creator, the marketer, the salesperson, all of the things and it you know you You come up with challenges in business all the time. And while my husband was great, and I’m sure some of you can relate to this, you know, your family try and they do try to listen and understand. But they don’t really get it do they? Like they don’t really get the challenges that we face as women in business. So I invested to join a group. And as part of that, like I said, I went to LA. So how the rebrand came about was when I was over in LA in Beverly Hills, if you don’t mind. And in the Hollywood Hills, it was fantastic. My coach actually did a rebrand. And the girl who did the rebrand Her name is Nikki James, she’s fantastic, and was asked to retreat. And how I met Nikki, this just sounds so incredibly bougie and extra, but we went to the Beverly Hills Hotel near the famous Beverly Hills Hotel. And there is a bar in there called the Polo lounge, if you don’t mind. And you know, the guys behind the borrower, nobody, like you know, both suits and everything is really pristine, it’s full of billionaires, and we just rocked up. And we ended up sitting at the bar because there was no tables. And I ended up sitting beside Nikki I’d never met her before. And again, I travel to LA and my own guys, like not knowing anybody hadn’t met anyone. But I wanted to push myself out my comfort zone to connect with women just like me. So I ended up sitting beside Nikki, and we ordered millionaire cocktails, they were like, I don’t remember how much they were like $40, or something stupid like that. But I thought, what enrollment, all of that. And we ended up talking about about my brand. And this was back in March. And I had decided I was going to I need to update my website. So when I was over in LA, I had booked a photographer to do a photo shoot. So my plan was, I’m just gonna get new photos because the photos on my current website, like my dad was a photographer, he took some, like, some of them are selfies, like not the level of professionalism that I wanted, because it’s not reflective of what you get when you work with me. So anyway, I had this photo shoot had no intentions on like doing a full rebrand. But after talking to Nikki when I was over there, I started really thinking, if I’m going to do this, I’m going to do it right. I’m going to take all the learnings over the last three years and I’m going to create a new brand that really represents and speaks to my ideal clients. So you understand I suppose what I’m all about, and who was for because powerhouse revolution doesn’t really say what it is. Whereas this podcast under the 360 leadership podcast, and as a her in the leadership, it’s very obvious who it’s for. So this all started just come up. Okay, so this was in March. So then I started working with Nikki, stupidly in June, just before I flew out to Spain for the summer. And I have I’m only back from Spain this week. Actually, as I record this episode, and I’ve literally worked my ass off all summer, I really didn’t. I didn’t I didn’t underestimate the amount of work in something like this because not only you know, was there a photoshoot, and a new website, all the copy had to be written, all the messaging had to be done all of the opt ins the marketing had to be done and I then decided to create a new membership I decided to create you know, relaunch the podcast, I’ve created a private members only podcast for my new membership 360 litres club. So there’s just so many moving pieces, it’s been a bit overwhelming, but it’s gonna be worth it. So now I’m just going to kind of take you behind I’ve kind of set the scene I’m going to take you behind the scenes on like how we actually did the rebrand. Okay, so my brand strategist basically interviewed me and over four different sessions to really help her understand why I do what I do. Okay, so she said to me, she just kept saying to me, oh my God, you’re incredible doing this for women, you’re incredible. And I’m like, No, I’m not incredible. The women I work with are incredible. And it’s my job to support them to frickin seed us so they can reach their potential and just have the best career in life. So I have all of those interviews, the way it worked is she developed a brand strategy document which contained like all of my messaging now we worked together very closely I mean messaging which is all around you, you know, accelerating unlocking the belief and power within so you can accelerate your leadership impact and reach your potential and really build that life filled with success, balance and happiness. She helped me You know, I was sharing about my mission, my my company values and all of these things and out of all of that, you know, hot pink was like a massive part of my brand for so long. And that was nearly like, I’m gonna say a rebellion because when I was younger, I loved pink. People used to slag me because I was such a girly girl. And then I started in corporate and already turned it all toned it all down. So when I left corporate, I kind of was nearly in this rebellious mode going, I’m free now. I don’t Don’t care what anyone thinks I’m just going to wear my pink and I’m gonna put pink everywhere. But really, it doesn’t reflect who I, the woman I have become. Whereas my new brand that you see now is absolutely so reflective of me, it’s not even funny. So, you know, you’ll see the colors now are black and white. And there’s a gorgeous kind of a soft, dusty pink. There’s like a texture, which has like waves, if you if you look at it closely, you’ll see it’s actually water on the sand. Because I love the beach. And I love water, the orangey kind of yellowy, the yellow color is the same color as my favorite champagne, Veuve Clicquot.
15:36
So every single thing on the on my new brand in terms of colors, and aesthetics, you’ll see gold letters, it completely represents an embodies who I am. But more so than that, the messaging and the copy that you’ll see on my website, if you go to Lucy garden.com, go over look at my new website, it’s bloody fantastic. And really, really is reflective of me. Okay, so the process really involves an awful lot of work. So I was working with Nikki on the aesthetic green on the fonts, a green on the elements, we would use a green on the messaging and writing all the copy for the money money pages, on my website. So my homepage, writing free guides for you guys that you’re going to see when you go to my website, I’ll talk about them another time, because I don’t want to keep this episode too long. And what we were just writing so much content and content creation takes a long time. So not only was I creating content for the website that you see, I was also building 360 liters club. And 360 liters club has a content module that when you join, you get instant access to my seven step 360 degree success path. So in each of those seven modules, there’s two or three lessons. So for every single module, I was creating new training, I was writing scripts, I was designing resources to go with them. So many things were happening. We were designing our members area. So when you join 360, you get instant access, like I said to your private member’s area, you get your private podcast access and all those things. And I’m going to do actually another episode next week, all on the membership. So I’m gonna answer every single question that I’ve been asked about it. So definitely come back next week, and I’ll share all of that. But basically, in the middle of all of that I was in Spain, on a working holiday with my family, trying to be a mother trying to enjoy a little bit of downtime, trying to manage my team remotely, they’re all over the world I have team in at the moment, traveling one girl is in South America and other girl is in Asia. Another guard is in Ireland, other girls in the UK. So it’s it’s just it was just a mental. And I’m so so so grateful for my team and all of their support and the business processes and systems we have in place. So anyway, that’s really I think all I really wanted to say to you is like thank you for sticking with me i rebranded because I really wanted to showcase who I am and what my business is in a more profound way. And I think we have absolutely nailed it. So I would love for you to go and check out a website, Lucy garden.com Go have a look at everything, go take a look at the resources. And like I said next week, I’m going to be doing a full episode all on 360 liters club, explaining exactly what it is, who was for the benefits and all of those things. And if you can’t wait until then, the doors are officially opened 360 Right now, applications are now open, there is certain criteria you need to meet in order to be able to join the members club in terms of level of seniority and all of those things. And you’ll see all that on the website. So just go to Lucy garden.com. And you’ll see the promotions there for 360. The doors closed on the first of October. So don’t delay and like I said next week, I’ll be back to tell you all the amazing benefits from my mouth to your ears. So I think that’s it for the first episode. And like I just want to say thank you so much my loyal podcast listener for sticking with me through this process for being loyal and sharing the podcast with your colleagues and for showing up here for yourself every single week to learn something new. Like I said, this is not my normal episode but I just wanted to give you a little bit of a sneak peek behind the scenes as to why I’ve done this and where you can check out the new brand new website and all of the people so as I record this in a couple of weeks, I am actually launching the new brand in the ivy in Dublin. It’s a sold out event some of my clients are coming some new women are coming I’m going to be doing some fabulous coaching with the ladies having a go Just three course meal. And at that event, I’m going to be officially availing the new brand. So I’m obviously recording this before that. So it’s all very exciting. So my friend, I’m going to leave it there and I want you to remember, success, balance and happiness is possible. You hold all the power within to achieve everything you want. So until next time, be safe be well, and I’ll talk to you next week.
